Community Pilates

From time to time, Move with Nick offers pop-up Pilates sessions in parks, coastal spaces and other community locations. These sessions provide an opportunity to move outdoors, connect with the local community and experience Pilates in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Community classes will vary according to venue availability, weather and local approvals. Upcoming sessions will be shared through the website, blog and social media.

What to Expect?

Classes focus on controlled, purposeful movement and may incorporate small equipment such as Pilates balls, rings, resistance bands or sliders. Options and progressions are provided throughout the class, making sessions suitable for a range of experience levels.

Participants should bring a water bottle and a towel.

If coming to a session at World Gym, other equipment and a mat are available in the studio.

If coming to a community session, please bring your own mat.

New to Pilates?

You do not need previous Pilates experience to attend. Nick will guide you through the foundations of breathing, posture, alignment and controlled movement while offering options that allow you to work at your own pace.

Before attending, participants should advise Nick or the venue of any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy or recent surgery that may affect their ability to exercise.
